Dearest Friends of Theater 29,

With a heavy heart, I announce that our doors are closing. It recently became clear that the financial obligations of keeping the venue open are unsustainable.

Thank you to all playwrights, theatre artists, actors, directors, sound designers, and visual artists who contributed your time and talents. And a special thank you to Ellen K. Graham for your vision, dedication, and skill.

Yes, the venue is closing. However, a majority of the playwrights and creative artists who have been a part of Theater 29 are still around. Please continue supporting these artists and their imaginative and original work.
